Privacy Policy

A. Information we do not collect Sayho has no sign-up and no login. Starred phrases, practice progress, streak records and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to the Company's servers. The Company cannot see or recover them.

B. Information sent through the feedback form If you use [Settings] → [Contact us] → [Send feedback], the message you type, the category (idea / problem / other), the app display language and the platform (ios) are sent to the Company's server (tovmerci.com). No name, email or account information is collected unless you write it in your message.

C. Automatically collected information (ad SDK) The free app shows Google AdMob banner ads at the bottom. Google may collect device identifiers (advertising ID), approximate location (IP-based), and ad interaction and diagnostics data. The advertising ID is used for personalized ads only if you allow it in Apple's tracking prompt shown on first launch. If you decline, the app works exactly the same and only non-personalized ads are shown. See Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

- Notifications (optional): a silent local notification scheduled on your device that shows today's phrase at 00:00 every day. It is not a push from a server. You can refuse it, or turn it off anytime in [Settings] → [Study settings]. - Tracking (optional): whether the advertising ID may be used for personalized ads. You can change it anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The app does not use the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location. Text-to-speech uses the voices built into your device; nothing is recorded. For the lock-screen widget, today's phrase is shared between the app and its widget only inside your device (App Group), not over the network.

1. Starred phrases, practice progress, streaks and settings exist only in your device's storage and are deleted when you delete the app. 2. Feedback messages are kept for as long as needed to answer inquiries and improve the app, and are deleted without delay if you ask.

- Google LLC (USA): ad serving (Google AdMob) — the automatically collected information in 1-C above - Apple Inc. (USA, etc.): app distribution (App Store). Text-to-speech uses system voices built into the device. - Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting of the Company's web server and storage of feedback messages Timing and method: sent over the internet while you use the app / Retention: according to each company's policy or Section 4 above / How to refuse: decline tracking, or simply do not use the feedback form.

The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or requested by an investigative authority following legal procedures.

You can view and change the information on your device directly in the app, and deleting the app erases all of it. To view or delete a message you sent through the feedback form, email info@tovmerci.com. You can turn off ad tracking anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Sayho is a work tool for retail sales staff and is not directed at children under 14 (under 13 in other jurisdictions).

If this policy changes, we will post a notice on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect. For significant changes that are unfavorable to users, we will notify you separately in the app or on this page.
