Terms of Service

  1. Hangul Studio ("the Site") is a Korean-language learning content service operated by TOV MERCI (@tovmerci_beauty).
  2. Lessons 1–10 are free. Lessons 11 and beyond require an unlock code issued after payment.
  3. Payment is not processed directly on the Site — it's arranged through Instagram DM or WeChat, following the instructions on each lesson page.
  4. Unlock codes are for the purchaser's personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
  5. All content (lesson text, images, translations, etc.) is copyrighted by TOV MERCI. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
  6. Service details may change without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

  1. No account or sign-up is required to use the Site, and we don't directly collect personal information such as your name or email.
  2. Study progress and unlock status are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers.
  3. If you post a review, the name and text you enter are stored on our server and are publicly visible to anyone. We recommend using a nickname instead of your real name.
  4. To prevent review spam, your IP address may be processed temporarily — it isn't stored long-term and is used only to detect repeated requests.
  5. Any personal information exchanged for payment (name, contact info, etc.) is handled separately through Instagram or WeChat — the Site itself does not collect or store it.

Refund Policy

  1. A full refund is available any time before your unlock code is issued.
  2. Once you've received your unlock code and accessed Lesson 11 or beyond for the first time, refunds may be limited due to the nature of digital content.
  3. If the issue is on our end (payment error, duplicate charge, etc.), we'll confirm the details and issue a full refund.
  4. To request a refund, please DM us on Instagram (@tovmerci_beauty) or email info@tovmerci.com with your payment details, and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.
