In Settings, sign in with Google or Apple and your reading progress and notes are backed up to the cloud. Sign in with the same account on the new phone to restore them. If you are not signed in, your records exist only on that device and are erased when you delete the app. A photo you choose as your mascot stays on the device and is not backed up.
Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets get about 30 days of dates and verses ready each time you open the app, and switch over by themselves at midnight. If something looks off, open the app once and it will refresh.
Lock Screen: press and hold the screen, tap Customize, choose the Lock Screen, add a widget and pick Himekuri (date reading, time reading, verse of the day). Home Screen: press and hold the Home Screen, tap + at the top left and pick Himekuri. Home Screen widgets are a Premium feature.
One payment unlocks ad removal, the Home Screen widgets and browsing past verses. After changing phones or reinstalling, tap "Restore purchase" in Settings. Refunds follow the App Store's terms; please request them from Apple.
Turn notifications on in Settings and set the notification time. If it still doesn't arrive, check in the iPhone Settings app under Notifications > Himekuri that notifications are allowed.
You can create or join a group with an invite code. A group only shows each member's nickname and reading progress. For an inappropriate nickname or abusive behavior, use the "..." menu next to a member to report them or hide them. The operator reviews reports and takes action where needed.
Use "Delete account" in the account section of Settings to erase your cloud records and your account. Data stored on the device stays.
